A quick reminder that abstracts and registration for the 9th Annual Southern California Geobiology Symposium are due March 9th, 2012. Registration and abstract submission may be done through our website:geobiologysymposium.ucr.edu.
The Geobiology Symposium, this year at the University of California Riverside on April 7th, 2012, is an opportunity for early career scientists to present their research in disciplines encompassed by the interdisciplinary field of geobiology. Some of the research areas that are included under the umbrella of geobiology include, geology, geochemistry, biology, astrobiology, microbiology, oceanography, paleobiology, palecology, and environmental sciences. The Symposium is free to all but all must register to attend.
