I hail from a quiet suburb an hour south of Los Angeles, but I’m pretty sure I left my heart near the corner of Heliotrope and Melrose. After dabbling in everything from gender studies to journalism to ecology, I finally decided to major in Geology and minor in Peace and Conflict Studies. I just graduated from the University of Southern California (fight on), so I’m trying to enjoy my funemployment while I figure out my life.

Expect lots of posts about science, ethics, identity politics, feminism, queerness & gender equality, environmental justice, food politics, sex ed, skool, and more. I also love to cook, write, and do outdoorsy things outdoors, so get ready for a veritable feast of bad puns, food porn, pretty landscapes and booklove <3.
